If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly call at least 24 hours before your appointment time so that we can accommodate other patients.
For existing patients: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment time is subject to a $100 cancellation fee, whether or not you choose reschedule. (For example, an appointment for Tuesday at 4:30pm must be cancelled before Monday at 4:30pm to avoid incurring the fee. For Monday appointments, Friday is considered the “day before.”)
For new patient visits only: Any cancellation made within 3 days of your appointment time will result in loss of your deposit.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances only.
Deposits:
All new patients will be asked for a $200 deposit in order to book an appointment, collected in full at the time of booking. Without a deposit, the appointment will not be considered confirmed. This $200 fee is non-refundable beginning 3 days before your appointment time.
Certain procedures require advanced deposits.
